Multi-Service – Innovation & Implementation

Come join us at the “Multi-Service – Innovation & Implementation” MCS event!

Event overview

Facility Management is increasingly aiming to capture synergies from the integration between multiple service domains (catering, cleaning, maintenance, security, energy, etc.).

During this MCS event, you can expect to get insights into the current and future trends in the multi-service landscape. You will also learn the pros and cons of the different types of multi-service models and how you can deal with their constraints.

After selecting the right type of multi-service model, the implementation becomes the critical focus, especially in contracting service providers. During the next section, you will hear tips and tricks on how to:

  • Follow the right sequence in a multi-service tendering,
  • Enable synergies and innovation,
  • Ensure transparency and control.

During a working lunch, a thought provoking brainstorming session will give you a closer look at the future of innovation in this brave, new world.

After lunch, we will focus on the integration and automation of processes to ensure efficiency and synergies in the multi-service approach.

The session will end with an introduction to our “project-to-value mapping” methodology, as a practical tool to focus your multi-service transformation on the performance KPIs that matter for your organisation.
