As Global Marketing Communications Manager you will initiate, coordinate and implement the global marketing strategy, to support the group and company objectives in terms of growth, international expansion, brand equity and business development.

You are excited to drive innovation, build brands in a highly competitive market and develop market opportunities to support the commercial strategy.

As part of the management team you will act as a strategic marketing advisor to the leadership across the business, while leveraging the resources of the corporate marketing team and achieving further operational efficiencies.

Your main end responsibilities will be:

  • strategic and operational day-to-day responsibility for the development and implementation of the marketing and brand strategy, including a strong digital marketing pillar, resulting in the desired brand positioning
  • driving innovation and customer intelligence, resulting in the timely availability of accurate market information
  • people management & coaching, including cultivating teamwork, developing current marketing capabilities, and embedding a true winning mindset
  • managing all marketing, promotional and business development activities for the company, in close cooperation with sales
  • implementation of best practice consistency of approach, while fostering a culture of creativity and out-of-the box thinking
  • optimization of processes to enhance integration of marketing plans, and streamline marketing & sales activities
  • overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • ensuring optimal creation and publication of all marketing material
  • managing lead generation campaigns, measuring results and optimizing ROI


We are looking for a Marketing Manager with proven project and people management experience to drive innovation and take full responsibility for the global marketing strategy, planning and execution , including lead generation, business development, content, brand marketing & messaging.

  • Ability to see both the strategic big picture, and execute against detail
  • Strong background in a variety of marketing strategies, and approaches (eg brand, digital, social media & selling, position and messaging, search marketing, marketing analytics, lead generation)
  • Experience and success in developing and implementing marketing strategies with proven results and unique differentiation. Prior experience in technology/IT is a plus.
  • Effective and proven project management skills. Ability to track and mitigate project risks, including budget, costs and variances
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Effective analytical, planning & organization skills, with good stress resistance
  • Passionate about building strong connections between brands and customers
  • Positive, curious, creative and winner’s mindset
  • True people coach, motivator, and manager
  • Higher Degree in Marketing/ Business administration
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, of which 5 years within a managerial role
