We are currently looking to recruit a Pre Sales Consultant for our German speaking market. The ideal candidate has a prior relevant experience, is eager to learn and to develop his sales skills with a possible evolution towards account manager.

As PreSales Consultant you support the sales process by means of demo’s, RFP’s, answering product related questions, advising on more complex solutions, etc.
In close collaboration with sales, service, development, and technical support resources, you ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.

You have a strong interest to understand businesses challenges & processes , and translating them into software solutions. You articulate the business & technical value proposition as well as key differentiating capabilities to prospective new customers and solutions partners.

With your passion, your excellent presentation skills and your profound understanding of our products & solutions, you manage to influence and impact key decision makers.
You lead architecture design discussions, recommend appropriate solutions, and demonstrate our products to executive or technical prospects.

You identify market & product requirements based on field experience, customer visits, and frequent interaction with key customers and internal stakeholders.

You enjoy giving technical presentations and own the demonstration script.


  • Articulating the business and technical value proposition and key differentiating capabilities to prospective new customers and solutions partners
  • Demonstrating products to technical, non-technical and executive audiences
  • Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Account /Sales manager
  • If required, acts as a Project Manager for deals to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals
  • Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations and (killer) demos for clients and prospects, contribute to contract negotiations
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
  • Monitors R&D/ customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
  • Co-operate with teams to drive innovation in solutions & portfolio
  • Follows and shares market technological needs and evolution


  • Experience in consulting and/or (technical) sales engineering in the enterprise software market
  • Higher degree in business/economics/informatics/engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in written and orally
  • Strong eagerness to learn more about Facility Management, Real Estate & Workplace
  • Multilingual: Excellent German & English.

  • Willingness to travel in the German speaking countries on a regular basis
