Internally, your key responsibility is to lead and manage the Project Delivery team, including people, budget and reporting responsibility.
The current team of Project Engineers is mainly based in Belgium, with some members working in Paris and Germany.

You will be responsible for the quality, timing and budget monitoring for a wide variety of projects by establishing the project office, measures and milestones, and tracking ongoing progress. You assign individual responsibilities, coach and provide guidance to project team members and integrate project management best practices throughout the organization.

Throughout the project life-cycle, you present project plans & status reports to organizational leadership, steerco’s, project teams and client groups.

You are passionate about the business of your clients, connect with the customer’s key stakeholders, and build your network within the client organization.


  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Affinity with Real Estate/Facility/Workplace Management
  • Practical knowledge of best practices in project management, and proven track record of managing several complex projects
  • Methodology knowledge such as PMI, AGILE are welcome
  • Strong people coaching capabilities
  • Ability to lead teams located in multiples locations
  • Consulting skills and commercial affinity are considered major differentiators
  • Analytical, problem solving and pragmatic attitude
  • Ideally fluent in Dutch, French and English
