Parcel Delivery Company DPD to deploy myMCS Facility Management and Maintenance software solutions
DPD Belgium is part of DPD group, the second-largest international parcel delivery network in Europe, with 50,000 delivery experts delivering more than 3,6 million parcels across Europe’s road network.
The company has chosen to deploy MCS’s integrated myMCS software platform to manage reactive and preventive maintenance, help desk requests and work orders.
Among other things, myMCS Maintenance will enable DPD Belgium to keep track of the full maintenance history of all technical objects in their buildings, which is a must for ISO certification.
The company will also use the checklists provided by the software to inspect their trucks that need to be in perfect shape at all times.
For a parcel delivery company, mobility is of the essence and DPD will deploy several mobile apps to improve service and work order management.
With myMCS Mobile Service Request, DPD personnel will be able to report and follow up on incidents and service requests on the go.
myMCS Mobile Work Manager will ensure that mobile workers can manage work orders in the field and have access to all relevant data at all times.
